Let me tell you my experience. When death strikes with your loved one at home, I learned then that a funeral/cremation home needs to be selected because once the 911 visit is completed, they want to know where to take the deceased. So in the midst of all of the emotional upheaval of that night, I was searching the internet, reading reviews and calling funeral homes as to which one to entrust your beloved to. How would he be handled when out of sight was a big concern. The whole process really.

To this day I feel it was God guiding me to choose Funeral Director Jason Jacques at All Veterans- All Families. His calm, patient and gentle way was so welcome. He assured me that the transporters coming to take him were all respectful to the situation at hand. They happened to be 2 women who as soon as we spoke, I could see and sense their kindness and professionalism. There was a genuineness and sensitivity about them that eased my concerns immediately. Then the way he was prepared as a Veteran in leaving the house, the flag, the attention to detail, the solemn respect shown I will never forget.

Meeting with Jason the next day was made easy in every way. With his experience and calm demeanor, I saw he also had that extra quality of empathy, while walking you through clearly and patiently what needed to be done. With his years of experience yet relative youth, he steered me clear of some of the unknown time-consuming paths I could have selected. All throughout this process, his know-how and easy acceptance of individual differences has been of utmost comfort and relief.

I saw further with other arrangements made that he has good instinct and interpersonal skills in handling everyone who came to the viewing there to show their respect. There were many wonderful comments about Jason and all done there that day. Jason is gentle yet with a kind authority in order to move things along always nicely.

Invariably throughout Jason is quick to respond to any request or issue that comes up. He's a real professional in seeing to every detail thoroughly and seemingly so easily. In other words you can rely on him to come through 100% at a time that is the most stressful in people's lives.

Also the staff at the cremation facility were of the same wonderful quality and with such kindness. Their dignity and respect for their work is most evident.
