Dolores (Stanage) Hinman, 97 years of age, passed away Friday,
August 16, 2024. She was a dear mother, grandmother, daughter,
sister, cousin and friend.
She is survived by her daughter, Diane (Michael) Vecellio, and sons
Darrell (Sandy) Hinman, Doug (Rhonda) Hinman and Dan (Jan)
Hinman; grandchildren Steven (Michelle) Vecellio, Michelle (Brian)
Ruh, Beth (Tom) Budzik, Jeff (Andie) Hinman, Leanne (Don) Heeg,
Nick (Aileen) Hinman, Adam (Bethany) Hinman, Joe (Shauni)
Hinman, Krissy (Chris) Hairston and Bradley (Alyssa) Hinman; and
great grandchildren Cameron, Trevor and Kaylin Vecellio, Jacob,
Joshua and Alexa Ruh, Alyssa Budzik, Shyler and Tanner Hinman,
Ava Heeg, Isadora and Declan Hinman, Wesley and Amaura
Hinman and Adara Kemler, Shelbie and Owen Hairston, and
Theodore Hinman as well as many nieces and nephews, cousins,
and special friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of
56 years, Dean P. Hinman and her parents, Thomas and Mildred
Stanage, and brothers, Lewis and Robert Stanage and sister, Luella
Hartog. She was a lover of nature, raising beautiful roses and
peonies and for many years painted china and shared these
beautiful pieces with family and friends. But her greatest love was
her family who she loved immeasurably; they were her world.
She will never be forgotten and will be dearly missed. She will
always hold a special place in our hearts.
A memorial service will be scheduled for a future date to take
place at Three Oaks United Methodist Church in Three Oaks,
Michigan.
